Your personal details such as name, phone number and email address can be viewed through:
Do walk-in or call in personally if you want to verify information such as NRIC, passport number, gender, title/salutation etc. -
You can check your Maxis Account information such as account number, registered email address, billing address and Maxis One Club on Maxis app or Maxis Care.

You just need to walk-in personally to your nearest Maxis Store with your NRIC to perform the required changes.
Tips:
This is a change of important personal details, please bring along your MyKad, we will conduct biometric verification prior to making any amendment. For foreigner, please bring your passport. -
You can update your name at your nearest Maxis Store, please walk in with your new MyKad and Surat Kelulusan Pindaan Nama issued by Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) for our verification.

Your contact details for your account can be updated anytime on Maxis app or Maxis care:
Maxis app: go to Me and select Contact Details.
Maxis Care: go to Profile , select Manage Profile and Contact Details
