• How do I subscribe to caller ringtone service?

  This is a value added service for all Maxis customers. Caller ringtone subscription and termination can be done at
  www.musicunlimited.com.my.

• How do I check if my caller ringtone service is active?

  To manage and buy caller ringtone, you may login to www.musicunlimited.com.my, dial *131# from your phone or launch your Maxis or Hotlink App and go to  “Service Settings>Manage Caller Ringtones”

• What is the charge for caller ringtone?

  There is a standard monthly charge of RM3.00 for caller ringtone (CRT) service. However, there is as low as RM2/ CRT charge monthly, if you subscribe to any particular song.

• How do I cancel caller ringtone service?

  To cancel or manage caller ringtone, go to www.musicunlimited.com.my and select Manage Account or launch your Maxis or Hotlink App and go to  “Service Settings>Manage Caller Ringtones”
