Personalised Rebate Offer (RM10 x 12 months) via Maxis app

  • It is an offer of RM10 bill rebate for 12 months (total of RM120) to your existing mobile line on Maxis Postpaid 68, 98, 108, 128, 15 or 188 package from 4th April 2024 onwards for eligible customers.

  • The eligible customers will see the offer on Maxis app homepage under “What’s Hot” section. If you do see this banner, you may proceed to click the offer banner -> key-in your current Maxis Postpaid number -> and click “Accept Offer”. Once you have accepted the offer, you will receive a confirmation SMS within 3 working days and RM10 rebate will be reflected from the following month bill cycle.

  • Yes, you will be contracted for 12 months with Maxis. If you terminate or downgrade to lower rate-plan, a one-time Early Termination Fee of RM120 will be charged.

  • This is an ONLINE only offer for eligible customers, you may check on your Maxis app’s homepage at “What’s Hot” section for the offer, the offer acceptance must be done via the Maxis app.

  • Yes, you are allowed to upgrade to higher rate-plan and continue to enjoy the remaining balance month (s) of the bill rebate.

  • Yes, you are allowed sign up a device contract. This offer cannot be enjoyed together with device contract, the RM10 x 12 months bill rebate will be removed and there will be no Early Termination Fee.
