• Can my roof sustain the additional weight of the Solar Panels?

  Before installation, we will assess the condition of your roof to determine if it can support the weight of the solar panels. We will provide recommendations based on this assessment, including any necessary repairs before proceeding with the installation.

• What happens if there is damage to my roof during installation?

  Our expert installers use a mounting structure to ensure the solar panels do not make direct contact with your roof. In the unlikely event of any damage during installation, it will be covered under our workmanship warranty.

• Is the Maxis Solar Package available for installation throughout Malaysia?

  Currently, we only provide installation services within the Klang Valley. We are working to expand our coverage area. To stay updated on when we might be available in your area, please fill out our waitlist form.

• What maintenance do I need to keep my solar panels working in good condition?

  Minimal upkeep is required from you. We will monitor your solar panels' performance and provide maintenance visits at no extra cost to ensure they remain in optimal condition.
