• How does installing solar panel help me save on my electricity bill?

  Installing solar panels allows you to generate your own electricity, reducing the amount you need from the grid. This can lower your TNB bill as part of the government’s initiative to promote renewable energy.

  Here’s a simple calculation of potential savings:
  Electricity Consumed from the Grid: 1,200 kWh
  Energy Generated by Solar Panels: 1,000 kWh
  Net Usage to Pay to TNB: 1,200 kWh - 1,000 kWh = 200 kWh

  By generating your own solar energy, you only pay for the remaining 200 kWh from the grid, potentially reducing your overall TNB bill.

• What brand of solar panels and inverters do you use?

  We use only Tier 1 Certified Solar Panels and Inverters, ensuring high quality and reliability. We will provide specific brand details after completing the site inspection and assessment.

• How much can I expect to save on my electricity bill after paying TNB and Maxis?

  You can save up to 25% on your current electricity bill. For example, if your current bill is about RM 500, you could see average monthly savings of RM 125. If TNB’s tariff increases, your savings may be even higher.

• What is covered under the Maxis Solar Package?

  With the Maxis Solar Package, you get comprehensive coverage that includes:

  Currently, Maxis does not allow changes between subscription packages once the contract has been accepted.

• Are there any hidden costs?

• I have multiple homes within the area of coverage, will I be able to sign up for contracts at each home?

  Yes, you can sign up for contracts at each home, provided that your name matches on both the property title and the TNB electricity bill for each property

• Is installing Solar Panels Safe?

  Yes, it is safe. We use only Tier 1 Certified Solar Panels and Inverters, and our installations are handled by Registered PV Service Providers (RPVSP) accredited by SEDA.

• How do I know what system size is sufficient for my home?
