• What is the Maxis Online Store Postpaid RM20 x 6 months Rebate Campaign about?

  We are offering RM20 monthly rebate for 6 months (total RM120) when you sign up or port-in your mobile lines from other local operators with Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited plans, available for plans: 79, 109, 139, 169, or 199 during this campaign period.

• What is the campaign period?

  The campaign will be held from 13 December 2024 to 5 February 2025 (both dates inclusive).

• Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

  This campaign is open to all for new and existing customers who sign up or Port-In their mobile lines and subscribe to any of the following rate plans.

  1. Maxis Postpaid 79, 109, 139, 169 or 199
  2. Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 79, 109, 139, 169 or 199

• I have an existing Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 79/ 109/ 139/ 169/ 199 line, am I able to enjoy this promotion?

  No, this offer is only applicable for new sign up or Port-In to Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 79, 109, 139,169 or 199 during the campaign period.

• Where can I sign up for this campaign?

  This offer is available exclusively ONLINE  at Maxis Online Store.

• Can I upgrade to higher or lower rate plan while I’m enjoying the rebate?

  Yes, you may upgrade your rate plan and continue to enjoy the rebate during the 6 months. However, you will not be able to continue to enjoy the rebate should you downgrade your plan.

• Is this rebate offer available on Maxis Family Plan?

  No, this offer is only applicable for new sign up of Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited 79, 109, 139,169 or 199.

• Would I be bound by a contract upon activation of rebate offer?

  There is no contract to this offer.

• Can I take this offer multiple times?

  Yes, this offer is stackable and you will enjoy RM20 for 6 months on each new mobile line on Maxis Postpaid 109, 139, 169 or 199, up to maximum 10 lines per NRIC.

• What will happen after 6 months?

  The rebate is only valid for 6 months and it will offset your monthly commitment.

• How will I know if I received the RM20 x 6 months rebate?

  You will receive the RM20 x 6 months rebate credited to your Maxis Postpaid or Maxis Postpaid Unlimited accounts as per below:

  For new number, the rebate will be fulfilled immediately upon mobile line activation, and it will be reflected on your 1st month bill.

  For activation with number switch from other location operators, rebate will be reflected from your 2^nd bill onwards.
