Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") - Maxis Home Fibre Roadshow Offer

- The Offer: Comprises of the following Offers, which entitle you to enjoy the following rebates when you sign up for any of the applicable Maxis Fibre Plans at a Maxis Home Fibre Roadshows:
Offers Rebates Applicable Maxis Fibre Plans Offer A
(Offer ended on 4th October 2023)Monthly rebate of RM 10 on the applicable Maxis Fibre Plan for twenty four (24) months ("Rebate A") Maxis Fibre 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 800Mbps Offer B
*Available to new or existing Maxis Postpaid subscribers only
(Offer ending on 31st December 2023)Full monthly rebate on the applicable Maxis Fibre Plan for six (6) months ("Rebate B") Maxis Fibre 30Mbps,
100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps and
800Mbps
Please note that:
- The applicable rebates will commence within the second (2nd) or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of your Maxis Fibre Service; and
- Each Maxis Fibre Plan is subject to a 24 months' commitment period (inclusive of rebate duration), as per the Service Specific Terms & Conditions - Maxis Fibre.
- You: Person(s) signing up for any of the Offers.
- The Offers and your use of the Service(s) under the Offers are subject to:
- the General Terms & Conditions ("GTC") (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/);
- this Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC");
- the Service Specific Terms & Conditions - Maxis Fibre ("Maxis Fibre SSTC") (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre/);
- Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP); and
- any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
- In this SSTC:
- "Maxis Home Fibre Roadshow" refers to any roadshows organized by Maxis to promote and/or market Maxis Home Fibre;
- "Rebate Periods" means Rebate Period A (as defined in Appendix A) and Rebate Period B (as defined in Appendix B);
- "Rebates" means Rebate A and Rebate B; and
- unless otherwise specified in this SSTC, other capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Maxis Fibre SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions ("STC"), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) Maxis Fibre SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Offers and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Offers (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-home-fibre-roadshow-offer) and the Plan(s) / Service(s) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/), including changes to the Agreement. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you are entitled to terminate the Plan(s) / Service(s) under the Offers and/or the use of the Plan(s) / Service(s) under the Offers by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes. Save where terminated based on the foregoing, any continued use of the Plan(s) / Service(s) under the Offers (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Agreement and/or Service(s) relevant to the Offers) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same.

- The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Plan(s) and Service(s) under the Offers are as set out on our official website at https://www.maxis.com.my/broadband/maxis-fibre/. Charges displayed do not include applicable taxes.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Rebates are only applicable to the Maxis Fibre Plan that you signed up under the Offers. Charges for other product(s) and/or service(s) that you have subscribed from us will still continue in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

- You shall NOT during the applicable Rebate Periods:
- terminate your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- suspend your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- have your Maxis Fibre Plan terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
- change or transfer ownership of your Maxis Fibre Plan to another person; or
- upgrade/downgrade your Maxis Fibre Plan.
- If any of the events in Clause 10 occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the Rebates under the relevant Offers.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Maxis Fibre Plan is subject to a Commitment Period (as defined in the Maxis Fibre SSTC) and we reserve the right to charge you an early termination charge (as per the Maxis Fibre SSTC) if the Plan and/or Service is terminated before the end of the Commitment Period.
- You shall NOT during the applicable Rebate Periods:

- You can only sign up for one (1) Offer and the Offer cannot be used together with other Maxis Fibre offers, promotions and campaigns.
- The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- The Offers are not transferable.
- The Offers are not applicable to Maxis employees (permanent or contract).
APPENDIX A ( OFFER A)
- Offer Availability Period: From 18th August 2023 until 4th October 2023

- To be eligible for Offer A:
- You must register for a new Maxis Fibre Plan (applicable for Offer A) via selected Maxis dealers or authorized resellers at a Maxis Home Fibre Roadshow;
- Your installation address for Maxis Fibre must be located within Maxis Fibre's coverage areas, as verified by the Maxis dealers or authorized resellers at the Maxis Home Fibre Roadshow. You may also go to our website (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/coverage/) to check if you are within the coverage area);
- You are not eligible for Offer A if you have any outstanding payments with us;
- You are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber; and
- You are not eligible for Offer A if you have signed up for Offer B or any other Maxis Fibre offers.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for Offer A from time to time.
- To be eligible for Offer A:

- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under Offer A) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your Maxis Fibre monthly bills, as follows:
- Rebate A will commence within the second (2nd) month or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service, on a date as determined by Maxis ("Rebate Assignment Date A") and the applicable Rebate A will be spread over the next twenty-four (24) months' period ("Rebate Period A").
Example:
If the Rebate Assignment Date A, as determined by Maxis, is on the 15th day of the second (2nd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service:
- Rebate A will commence within the second (2nd) month or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service, on a date as determined by Maxis ("Rebate Assignment Date A") and the applicable Rebate A will be spread over the next twenty-four (24) months' period ("Rebate Period A").
Monthly Bills Rebate/per month Monthly Charge for Maxis Fibre 1st No Rebate Full Charge 2nd Pro-rated from 15th to the last day of the month Charges after deducting the pro- rated Rebate 3rd to 25th Full Rebate Charges after deducting the Rebate 26th Pro-rated from 1st to 14th day of the month Charges after deducting the pro-rated Rebate -
- For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to pay the full or pro-rated monthly Charges for your Maxis Fibre Plan prior to the Rebate Assignment Date A;
- After the expiry of the Rebate Period A, the full monthly Charges for the respective Maxis Fibre Plan will apply.
- For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to pay the full or pro-rated monthly Charges for your Maxis Fibre Plan prior to the Rebate Assignment Date A;
- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under Offer A) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your Maxis Fibre monthly bills, as follows:
APPENDIX B ( OFFER B)
- Offer Availability Period: From 18th August 2023 until 31st December 2023.

- To be eligible for Offer B:
- You must be a Maxis Postpaid subscriber. If you are currently not subscribing to Maxis Postpaid, you can sign up as a new Maxis Postpaid customer to enjoy Offer B;
- You must register for a new Maxis Fibre Plan (applicable for Offer B) via selected Maxis dealers or authorized resellers at a Maxis Home Fibre Roadshow;
- Your installation address for Maxis Fibre must be located within Maxis Fibre's coverage areas, as verified by the Maxis dealers or authorized resellers at the Maxis Home Fibre Roadshow. You may also go to our website (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/coverage/) to check if you are within the coverage area);
- You are not eligible for Offer B if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- You are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber; and
- You are not eligible for Offer Bis you have signed up for Offer A or any other Maxis Fibre offers.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for Offer B from time to time.
- To be eligible for Offer B:

- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under Offer B) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your Maxis Fibre monthly bills, as follows:
- Rebate B will commence within the second (2nd) month or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service, as determined by Maxis ("Rebate Assignment Date B") and the applicable Rebate B will be spread over the next six (6) months' period ("Rebate Period B").
Example:
If the Rebate Assignment Date B, as determined by Maxis, is on the 15th day of the second (2nd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service:
- Rebate B will commence within the second (2nd) month or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service, as determined by Maxis ("Rebate Assignment Date B") and the applicable Rebate B will be spread over the next six (6) months' period ("Rebate Period B").
Monthly Bills Rebate/per month Monthly Charge for Maxis Fibre 1st No Rebate Full Charge 2nd Pro-rated from 15th to the last day of the month Charges after deducting the pro- rated Rebate 3rd to 7th Full Rebate Nil 8th Pro-rated from 1st to 14th day of the month Charges after deducting the pro-rated Rebate -
- For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to pay the full or pro-rated monthly Charges for your Maxis Fibre Plan prior to the Rebate Assignment Date B;
- After the expiry of the Rebate Period B, the full monthly Charges for the respective Maxis Fibre Plan will apply.
- For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to pay the full or pro-rated monthly Charges for your Maxis Fibre Plan prior to the Rebate Assignment Date B;
- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under Offer B) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your Maxis Fibre monthly bills, as follows:
