Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Double-Digit Deals Online Campaign for Accessories: Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“SSTC”)

• General

  1. Campaign: Double-Digit Deals for Accessories: Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit.
  2. You or Participant(s): Person(s) who participate(s) in this Campaign in accordance with this SSTC.
  3. Campaign Period: From 12 December 2024, while stocks last.
  4. Accessory(ies): Refers to selected non-SIM based device(s) made available by Maxis for Outright Purchase, which may be changed any time and from time to time at Maxis' discretion.
  5. Outright Purchase: A one-time payment for selected Accessory(ies) in accordance with the terms of this SSTC.
  6. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of this SSTC are to be read together with the applicable terms and conditions for Outright Purchase for Devices and Accessories at (“SSTC – Outright Purchase”), the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at , Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
  7. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Campaign without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
  8. This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
  9. Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  10. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
  11. Capitalised terms have the same meaning as defined in the GTC or the SSTC – Outright Purchase.
  12. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and SSTC – Outright Purchase, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) SSTC – Outright Purchase; (c) GTC; and (c) STC.
  13. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

• Eligibility

  14. Only residents of Malaysia are eligible to make an Outright Purchase.
  15. You do not need to be a Maxis subscriber to be eligible for this Campaign.
  16. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if you are suitable and/or eligible to participate in the Campaign.

• Charges

  17. You are responsible to make payment for the Accessory(ies) you wish to purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the stipulated price of the Accessory(ies) excludes applicable taxes.
  18. You must make the full payment for the Accessory(ies) upfront for immediate ownership of the Accessory(ies).

• Campaign Mechanics

  19. In the event you purchase any of the Accessories listed below during the Campaign Period via Maxis Online Store at https://store.maxis.com.my/ in accordance with the terms of this SSTC, you are eligible for the corresponding Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit as set out below:

  20. In addition to Clause 16 above, the Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit is only available for Outright Purchase without committing to any contracts or Maxis Postpaid plans.

• Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Credit

  21. Subject to your successful purchase of the Accessory(ies) in accordance with the terms of this SSTC, we will email the Touch ‘n Go reload pin to your registered email (for Harman Kardon products) and SMS (for Logitech product) within thirty (30) days from your successful purchase of the Accessory(ies).
  22. You are required to install Touch ‘n Go app and register for Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet in order to utilise the Touch ‘n Go reload pin.
  23. In the event you do not receive the Touch ‘n Go reload pin before 16 January 2025, please reach out to us via Maxis' WhatsApp at +6012-3451123 or contact us at 123 from Maxis Mobile. You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as the purchase invoice number for our verification purpose.

• Delivery of Accessory(ies)

  24. All Accessory(ies) purchased will be fulfilled through doorstep delivery and no in-store pick up is allowed.
  25. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details at the time of order.
  26. You are required to be present at the specified location on the scheduled delivery date. To verify your identity and ensure secure delivery, you must provide the TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) to our delivery agent.
  27. The delivery agent will make three attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, our representative will reach out to you to confirm your delivery details and arrange a suitable time for redelivery.

• Additional Features & Requirements

  28. Maxis shall not be liable to the Participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a Participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
  29. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of Touch ‘n Go and make no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of Touch ‘n Go credit and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Touch ‘n Go credit. 
  30. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of the manufacturers of the Accessory(ies), and Maxis makes no representations or warranties as to, amongst others, the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Accessory(ies)and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Accessory(ies).
  31. Accessory(ies) purchased under this Campaign is/are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable for cash or credit.
  32. You shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Accessory(ies) which are subject to the standard warranty provided by the Accessory(ies) manufacturer as applicable. Maxis shall not be responsible and/or liable for any Accessory(ies) returned to you if found to be under ineligible warranty returned Accessory(ies) and/or for any loss and/or damage whatsoever suffered by you and/or any other party.
