Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Online Store Postpaid RM20 x 6 months Rebate Campaign (“SSTC”)

    1. Campaign: Maxis Online Store Postpaid RM20 x 6 months Rebate Campaign.
    2. You: Person(s) who sign(s) up for any of the Participating Maxis Plan(s) under this Campaign.
    3. Participating Maxis Plan(s):
      1. Maxis Postpaid 79, 109, 139, 169 or 199, which terms and conditions is at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-plan/ (“Maxis Postpaid SSTC”); or
      2. Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre 79, 109, 139, 169 or 199, which terms and conditions is at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-fibre-plan/ (“Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre SSTC”).
    4. Offer: Bill rebate of RM20 for a period of six (6) months.
    5. Campaign Period: Effective from 13th December 2024 to 5th February 2025 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by us.
    6. The Campaign and the use of the Service(s) are subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Online Store Postpaid RM20 x 6 months Campaign (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
    7. Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
    8. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and the Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
    9. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Campaign, our plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
    1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a new and existing Maxis subscribers who shall be of at least 18 years’ old, and:
      1. port-in to Maxis; or
      2. sign up for any Participating Maxis Plan(s) during the Campaign Period.
    2. You are ineligible to participate in the Campaign if:
      1. you have any outstanding payments with us; and/or 
      2. you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and your entitlement to the Offer is subject to our absolute discretion.
    1. To enjoy the Offer, you must subscribe to any of the Participating Maxis Plans during the Campaign Period.
    2. By participating in this Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant Participating Maxis Plan(s) which you signed up for as set out in Clause 3 above.
    1. Subject to the fulfilment of the term and conditions of this SSTC, and successful registration of any of the Participating Maxis Plan(s), you will enjoy a Bill rebate of RM20 for six (6) months. 
    2. The Bill rebate will be reflected in your Bill from second (2nd) month onwards for a period of six (6) months (“Rebate Period”).
    3. After the end of the Rebate Period, you are required to make payment for the applicable Monthly Fee of the relevant Participating Maxis Plan that you have subscribed for.
    4. You will be able to check and verify your monthly Bill rebate in your Maxis’ bill which can be downloaded from the Maxis app.
    1. You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude any applicable taxes.
    1. During the Rebate Period, you shall NOT:
      1. terminate or suspend the Participating Maxis Plan which you have subscribed for under this Campaign; 
      2. cause your Maxis Postpaid account terminated for non-payment of monthly Bill(s); and/or
      3. change or transfer ownership of the registered Participating Maxis Plan to another person.
    2. If any of the events in Clause 20 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer and any remaining rebate will be forfeited with immediate effect.
    1. The Offer is not refundable/exchangeable for cash.
    2. Only one (1) Offer is valid and given to each MSISDN on new activation of the Participating Maxis Plan.
    3. Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Offer if our attempt to fulfil the Offer to you fails for any reason whatsoever.
    4. Maxis’ decision on who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
    5. Maxis shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
    6. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
