• General

  1. Offer: Maxis Bonanza Zerolution Purchase with Purchase (PWP) Offer.
  2. Offer Period: 8 November 2024 – 5 February 2025, both dates inclusive.
  3. You: Person(s) who are eligible to receive this Offer in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
  4. Eligible Device Plan(s): Zerolution 24 months and Zerolution 36 months.
  5. Eligible Mobile Plan(s):
     1. Maxis Postpaid Plan 99, which applicable terms and conditions are at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-69-and-99/;
     2. Maxis Postpaid Plan 109, 139, 169, or 199, which applicable terms and conditions are at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-plan/;
     3. Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 99, 109, 139, 169, or 199, which applicable terms and conditions are at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-fibre-plan/ or https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-and-home-wifi/.
  6. Outright Purchase: A one-time payment for selected mobile devices and accessories.
  7. Discounted Product(s): Refers to selected mobile device(s) and accessory(ies) where the discounts under this Offer apply.
  8. By subscribing to this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of this SSTC and are to be read together with the Maxis’ General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/maxis-consumer/, the Summary Terms & Conditions (“STC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/general/summary/, Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP, the Service Specific Terms & Conditions for Maxis Zerolution Contract for Devices (“Zerolution SSTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/devices/contract/zerolution/ and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/.
  9. We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Offer without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
  10. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
  11. Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
  12. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
  13. Capitalised terms have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
  14. Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
  15. If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

• Eligibility

  16. The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
      1. you must be a Malaysian;
      2. you must be at least 18 years of age;
      3. you must purchase a new device with an Eligible Device Plan during the Offer Period;
      4. you must be subscribed to an Eligible Mobile Plan; and
      5. you must not have any outstanding payments with us.
  17. Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if you are suitable and/or eligible for the Offer.

• Offer Mechanics

  18. The discount amount(s) offered to you are segmented by the Eligible Mobile Plan(s) as follows:
      • RM150 off discount
        • Maxis Postpaid 99, 109; and
        • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 99, 109
      • RM300 off discount
        • Maxis Postpaid 139, 169, 199; and
        • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 139, 169, 199.
  19. The discounts are applied automatically to the bill before an eligible customer completes their purchase.
  20. The discounts are applicable to selected Outright Purchase Discounted Products only.
  21. The Offer is redeemable on the Maxis Online Store through the Maxis App only.
  22. The Offer is applicable to a single Discounted Product only.
  23. The Offer will be available for redemption within 5 days after the start of your Eligible Device Plan and must be redeemed within 14 days of issuance.
  24. The following are the steps for redemption:
      • Visit the Home page on the Maxis App
      • Click on the Maxis Bonanza device or accessory banner(s) below “What’s Hot”
      • Browse the available Discounted Products
      • Add your desired Discounted Product to cart
      • Check that the discount is already automatically applied when the item is in your cart
      • Click Checkout Now
      • Enter your payment and delivery details
      • Complete your purchase
  25. In the case where you have not registered an account on the Maxis App, you will have until the end of the Offer Period to register an account and still be eligible to redeem the Offer. The discount offer will be available for redemption within 5 days after the successful registration of an account on the Maxis App and must be redeemed within 14 days of issuance, given that all other eligibility requirements are met.

• Charges

  26. You are responsible for payment of the price charged for a Discounted Product after any discount has been deducted.
  27. You are responsible for payment of all charges associated with your Eligible Mobile Plan and Eligible Device Plan you signed up for under this Offer. Charges exclude applicable taxes.

• Additional Terms

  28. The list of Discounted Products available under this Offer may be changed by Maxis from time to time at its sole discretion.
  29. Any remaining unutilized discount amount will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged nor used on an additional purchase.
  30. Any Offer unutilized and/or unredeemed are not exchangeable, returnable and/or refundable.
  31. The Offer is not transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.
  32. Maxis reserves the right to suspend, terminate, shorten or extend the availability of the Offers at any time without prior notice to you.
  33. Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of the manufacturers of the Discounted Products, and Maxis makes no representations or warranties as to, amongst others, the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Discounted Products and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Discounted Products.
  34. Maxis’ decision on the selection of customers who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during the availability of the Offer.
  35. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
