Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – All New Maxis Home Fibre - Launch Offer

- This Offer: Sign up for any of the following Maxis Home Fibre Plans to enjoy the monthly rebates as follows (“Rebates”):

Upon termination of the Maxis Fibre 1Gbps Plan Please note that:
- Rebate will commence within the second (2nd) or third (3rd) month after the successful installation of your Maxis Fibre Service;
- Each Maxis Fibre Plan is subject to a 24 months’ commitment period (inclusive of rebate duration), as per the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Fibre; and
- *The Max WiFi by Maxperts is subject to a minimum 6 months’ commitment period as per the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Max WiFi by Maxperts.
- You: Person(s) signing up for this Offer.
- Offer Availability Period: 27th October 2023 until 31st December 2023. Any extension or discontinuation of this Offer shall be at the discretion of Maxis.
- This Offer and your use of the Service(s) under this Offer is subject to:
- the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/ );
- this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”);
- the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Fibre (“Maxis Fibre SSTC”) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-fibre/);
- the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Max WiFi by Maxperts (“Max WiFi by Maxperts SSTC”) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/max-wifi-by-maxperts/), if applicable;
- Maxis Fair Usage Policy (at www.maxis.com.my/FUP); and
- any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Maxis Fibre SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) Maxis Fibre SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability to revise this SSTC, the Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on this Offer (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/promotions/home-internet/all-new-maxis-home-fibre-launch-offer ) and the Service(s) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/), including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) under the Offer (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Agreement and/or Service(s) relevant to the Offer) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you are entitled to terminate the Service(s) under this Offer and/or the use of the Service(s) under this Offer by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

- The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
- this Offer is offered to you by Maxis Stores, Maxis’ dealer or authorized resellers;
- you are currently NOT an existing Maxis Fibre customer;
- you must register for a new plan for the Maxis Fibre Plan on the same day this Offer is offered to you;
- you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
- you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this Offer from time to time.
- The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:

- The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the Services / Plans under this Offer are as set out on our official website at https://www.maxis.com.my/broadband/maxis-fibre/ and https://www.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/maxis-fibre/max-wifi-by-maxperts/#offer. Charges published are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- You are responsible for the payment of all Charges associated with this Offer (if any).

- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under this Offer) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your monthly bills of your Maxis Fibre Plan or Max WiFi by Maxperts (whichever applicable), as follows:
- the Rebate will commence within the first (1st) month or second (2nd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service, as determined by Maxis (“Rebate Assignment Date”) and the applicable Rebate will be spread over the next twenty-five (25) months’ period (for Maxis Fibre 100Mbps, 300Mbps and 500Mbps plan) or until termination of the Plan (for Maxis Fibre 1Gbps plan) (collectively “Rebate Period”).
Example:
If you signed up for Maxis Fibre 100Mbps and the Rebate Assignment Date is on the 15th day of the first (1st) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service:
- the Rebate will commence within the first (1st) month or second (2nd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service, as determined by Maxis (“Rebate Assignment Date”) and the applicable Rebate will be spread over the next twenty-five (25) months’ period (for Maxis Fibre 100Mbps, 300Mbps and 500Mbps plan) or until termination of the Plan (for Maxis Fibre 1Gbps plan) (collectively “Rebate Period”).

- For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to pay for the full or pro-rated monthly Charges for the Services under this Offer prior to the Rebate Assignment Date;
- After the expiry of the Rebate Period, the full monthly Charges for the respective Services will apply.
- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under this Offer) at your Premise, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your monthly bills of your Maxis Fibre Plan or Max WiFi by Maxperts (whichever applicable), as follows:

- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
- terminate your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- suspend your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- have your Maxis Fibre Plan terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
- change or transfer ownership of your Maxis Fibre Plan to another person; or
- upgrade/downgrade your Maxis Fibre Plan.
- If any of the events in Clause 13 occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the Rebate under this Offer and will be subject to termination charge as provided under the Maxis Fibre SSTC and Max WiFi by Maxperts SSTC.
- To discontinue and/or terminate the Services, you must go to any Maxis Centre.
- Maxis reserves the right to terminate the Services under this Offer in the instance you suspend the Services under this Offer for any period exceeding 3 consecutive months and the consequences as per Clause 14 (as the case may be) may apply if such termination occurs during the Rebate Period.
- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:

- A deposit of RM300 for the Maxis Fibre Plan is chargeable for non-Malaysians subscribing for the Offer.
- Non-payment for the Service may result in suspension or barring of the Service until the outstanding amount is paid.

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burden on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/; or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service(s) if your usage:

- This Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
- This Offer is not transferable.
- This Offer is not applicable to Maxis employees (permanent or contract).
