Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) - Online Offer for Maxis Fibre (Grab e-vouchers)

- The Offer: Sign up for a new Maxis Fibre 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 800Mbps plan (collectively as “Maxis Fibre Plans”) via our Maxis website to get a RM100 Grab e-voucher (“Reward”).
- You: Person(s) signing up for any of the Maxis Fibre Plans under the Offer.
- Offer Period: 23rd February 2023 to 22nd March 2023 (both dates inclusive).
- The Offer is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Service Specific Terms & Conditions for Maxis Fibre (“SSTC – Maxis Fibre”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, SSTC – Maxis Fibre, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) SSTC – Maxis Fibre; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, Offer and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on this Offer and the Service(s) at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Offer (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or Offer) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Offer and/or the use of the Services by giving us notice within 28 days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.

- You must register for a new plan under any of the Maxis Fibre Plans via Maxis website at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/home/ (“Maxis Website”).
- You are ineligible for the Offer if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- The Offer is inapplicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for the Offer from time to time.

- The applicable Charges and rate table guide for the rate plan under this Offer is as set out on our website at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/broadband/maxis-fibre/. Charges and rates displayed therein do not include any applicable taxes.

- You will be entitled to the Reward if (a) you have successfully registered for the Maxis Fibre Plan via the Maxis Website within the Offer Period (the date and time of registration will be based on the records as captured by Maxis); and (b) your Maxis Fibre Service is successfully installed at your Premise within ninety (90) days from the date of registration.
- Only one (1) Reward will be given to each Maxis Fibre Plan registered under the Offer, subject to the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service.
- The Reward will be emailed to your email address (which you have provided to Maxis during registration or in Maxis’ record if you are an existing Maxis’ customer) within forty five (45) days from the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service.
- The Reward will be in the form of an e-voucher code (“Gift Code”). To redeem the Reward:
- Log in to your Grab account on the Grab mobile application.
- Click the ‘Gifts’ icon at the upper right corner.
- Key-in the Gift Code from the email.
- Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the e-voucher to your ‘My Rewards’ page.
- You are responsible to redeem and utilise the Reward before the expiry date of the Reward, as determined by the provider / merchant of the Reward. Any Reward unutilised/ redeemed is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or any other item.
- You are responsible to ensure that you have the Grab mobile application to redeem the Reward. The use and redemption of the Reward is subject to terms and conditions imposed in Grab mobile application and by the provider / merchant of the Reward.
- The Reward is given on “as is” basis. Maxis is not responsible for the quality, merchantability and fitness of the Reward. Maxis reserves the right to substitute the Reward with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

- Prior to the delivery of the Reward to you, you shall NOT:
- cancel or terminate your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- suspend your Maxis Fibre Plan; or
- have your Maxis Service(s) terminated for non-payment of monthly bills.
- If any of the events in Clause 20 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the Reward under the Offer and will be subject to termination charge as provided under the SSTC - Maxis Fibre.
- Prior to the delivery of the Reward to you, you shall NOT:

- The Offer and the Reward are not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
- The Offer and the Reward are not transferable.
- The Offer is not applicable to Maxis employees (permanent or contract).
- Maxis disclaims and excludes all warranties relating to or in connection with the Reward including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purposes, security and accuracy.
- In no event shall Maxis, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection to the use and/or redemption of the Reward.
- Maxis is not an agent, subsidiary or affiliate of provider / merchant of the Reward, and makes no representation or warranties as to the quality, merchantability, fitness of the Reward and shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered from the use of the Reward.
