Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Fibre 100Mbps Limited Time Offer

- Offer Availability Period: 22 August 2024 to 21 November 2024.
- This Offer: You will be entitled to RM20 rebate on the monthly Charges for each of the subscription of the Maxis Fibre 100Mbps Plan (for selected areas only) during the Offer Availability Period.
Maxis Fibre Plans Rebates on Monthly Charges Maxis Fibre 100Mbps RM89
RM20 rebate (“Rebate”) for twenty-four (24) months
Please note that:
- Rebate will commence on the second (2nd) month of your Maxis Fibre Plan upon successful installation; and
- Each Maxis Fibre Plan subscribed under this Offer is subject to a contract period of twenty-four (24) months (“Contract Period”), as per the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Fibre (for Selected Areas Only) Plan (available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-fibre-for-selected-areas/).
- You: Person(s) signing up for this Offer.
- General:
- By subscribing to this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”), this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), the Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Fibre (for Selected Areas Only) Plan (“Maxis Fibre (Selected Areas) SSTC”) (at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-fibre-for-selected-areas/ ), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/ and https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/promotions/home-internet/maxis-fibre-100mbps-limited-time-offer/.
- We are entitled at our discretion without liability, from time to time, to vary, add to, remove or otherwise amend these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw or cancel this Offer without any prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
- This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other on-going offers, discounts, net-price products, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise allowed by Maxis.
- Our decisions in any matter in relation to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
- All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and added to the bills issued to you.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the Maxis Fibre (Selected Areas) SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) this SSTC; (b) Maxis Fibre (Selected Areas) SSTC; (c) GTC; and (d) STC.
- If any of the provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal and unenforceable under any applicable law or court of law or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

- The eligibility to this Offer is subject to the following criteria:
- this Offer is offered to you by selected Maxis Channels;
- your installation address for Maxis Fibre is within the eligible areas (as provided in Clause 6);
- you are currently NOT an existing customer of any fibre plans with Maxis;
- you must register for a new Maxis Fibre Plan on the same day this Offer is offered to you;
- you must not have any outstanding payments with us; and
- you are not a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- The eligible areas for this Offer shall consists of selected buildings within the following postcodes:
- Kuala Lumpur: 43200, 52000, 53300, 55100, 56000, 56100; and
- Selangor: 40400, 43200, 47100, 47130, 55100, 56000, 68000.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria and the eligible areas for this Offer from time to time.

The Plan Charge (exclusive of applicable tax) MAxis Fibre 100Mbps RM89 RM89/month - You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with this Offer (including the Charges for the itemized bill) both during and after the Rebate Period (as defined in Clause 10 below). - After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under this Offer) at your Premises, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your Maxis Fibre Plan monthly bills as follows:
- the Rebate will commence within the second (2nd) month of your Maxis Fibre Plan, as assigned by Maxis at its discretion (“Rebate Assignment Date”) and the applicable Rebate will be spread over the next twenty-four (24) months’ period from Rebate Assignment Date (“Rebate Period”).
Example:
If the Rebate Assignment Date is on the 15th day of the first (2nd) month after the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service:
- the Rebate will commence within the second (2nd) month of your Maxis Fibre Plan, as assigned by Maxis at its discretion (“Rebate Assignment Date”) and the applicable Rebate will be spread over the next twenty-four (24) months’ period from Rebate Assignment Date (“Rebate Period”).
Monthly Bills Rebate per month Monthly Charge 1st No Rebate Full Charge 2nd Pro-rated from the 15th to the last day of the month Charges after deducting the pro-rated Rebate 3rd to 25th Full Rebate Charges after deducting the Rebate 26th Pro-rated from 15th to the last day of the month Charges after deducting the pro-rated Rebate 27th No Rebate Full Charge - After the Rebate Period, the monthly Charges shall revert back to the usual and standard rate (with no Rebate) and this Offer shall cease.
- After the successful installation of the Maxis Fibre Service (signed up under this Offer) at your Premises, Maxis will assign the Rebate to your Maxis Fibre Plan monthly bills as follows:

- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:
- terminate your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- suspend your Maxis Fibre Plan;
- have your Maxis Services terminated for non-payment of monthly bills;
- change or transfer ownership of your Maxis Fibre Plan to another person; or
- relocate your current Maxis Fibre Plan to another premise; or
- upgrade/ downgrade your Maxis Fibre Plan. However, you are allowed to upgrade your Maxis Fibre Plan once the Rebate Period ends.
- If any of the events in Clause 11 above occurs, you will no longer be entitled to the Rebates under this Offer. Further, if your Maxis Fibre Plan is terminated during the Contract Period, you will be subject to early termination charge which shall be calculated based on the following formula:
Monthly Charges (Without Rebate) X Balance of Contract Period
- Subject to this SSTC, you can terminate your Maxis Fibre Plan (signed up under this Offer) at any Maxis Service Centre
- You shall NOT during the Rebate Period:

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service under this Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burden on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/; or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service under this Offer for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect any of such Service if your usage:

- This Offer is not exchangeable for cash.
- This Offer is not tranferable
