Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”) – Maxis Postpaid Share 48 RM20 x 24 Months Rebate Offer (Sabah and Sarawak)

- The Campaign: Maxis Postpaid Share 48 RM20 x 24 Months Rebate Offer
- You: Person(s) who sign(s) up for the Maxis Participating Plan under this Campaign in Sabah and Sarawak only.
- Maxis Participating Plan: Maxis Postpaid Share 48
- Offer: Bill rebate of RM20 for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
- Campaign Period: 1st August 2023 to 29th February 2024 (both dates inclusive) or such other period as may be determined by us.
- Participating Regions: Sabah and Sarawak only.
- The Campaign and use of the Service(s) is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions – Maxis Postpaid Share 48 RM20 x 24 Months Rebate Offer (“SSTC”), Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) at www.maxis.com.my/FUP and any other applicable terms and conditions, all available at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and STC, shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the GTC, Campaign and our pricing at our sole discretion. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept that you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the plan(s) and Service(s) at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s), and/or plan(s) (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Services, and/or plan(s)) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the plan(s) and/or the use of the Services by giving us written notice within twenty (28) days from the Effective Date, failing which you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

- In order for your to receive and continuously enjoy the Offer, you must:
- be a new or an existing principal line holder of any of the Maxis Postpaid plans;
- be of at least 18 years’ old;
- reside in any of the Participating Regions with a proof of address in the form of: (ii) National Registration Identification Card (NRIC); or (ii) Water or Electricity Bill; and
- subscribe for the Maxis Participating Plan without signing up any contracts for Device(s) with Maxis during the Campaign Period.
- You shall provide all necessary and required support, assistance and cooperation to us for the purposes of verification of your residential address.
- You are ineligible to participate in the Offer if:
- you have any outstanding payments with us; and/or
- you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, your eligibility to redeem the Offer is subject to our absolute discretion.
- In order for your to receive and continuously enjoy the Offer, you must:

- Subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and successful registration of the Maxis Participating Plan, you will enjoy the Offer.
- Only one (1) Offer is valid per each new activation of the Maxis Participating Plan.
- The Offer will be applied to your bill (excluding applicable tax) for a period of twenty-four (24) months and you will be able to check and verify bill rebate in your monthly bill which can be viewed in the Maxis app.
- By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Maxis Participating Plan available at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-share/ in addition to any of the following Maxis Postpaid plans which you signed up for:-
- If you sign up for Maxis Postpaid, you accept and agree to its terms and conditions at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid/; or
- If you sign up for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Fibre, you accept and agree to its terms and conditions at https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-fibre/.

- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Maxis Participating Plan both during and after the Campaign Period. Charges exclude applicable taxes.

- During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:
- terminate or suspend the Maxis Participating Plan which you have registered;
- downgrade the Maxis Participating Plan ;
- sign up for any Device contract with Maxis;
- move outside of the Participating Regions permanently thereby resulting you unqualify for this Offer pursuant to Clause 11 above; and/or
- change or transfer ownership of the registered Maxis Participating Plan to another person.
- If any of the events in Clause 20 above occur, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer.
- During the Campaign Period, you shall NOT:

- The Offer is not redeemable and not refundable/exchangeable for cash.
- Maxis reserves the right to forfeit the Offer if our attempt to fulfil the Offer fails for any reason whatsoever.
- Maxis’ decision on the selection of participants who are eligible and entitled to the Offer shall be final and conclusive and Maxis shall entertain no correspondence, complaint, or appeal at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
- Maxis shall not be liable to the participants or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on Maxis’ part.
- The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
