1. Charges
You will be charged a subscription fee of RM5.00 per month. However, the GPRS data traffic charges will not be charged during the phone data backup and restore transactions.

You are advised to check against the specific details of the Complete Phone Backup service so as to ascertain the exact charges that are applicable.

Please note that you will be charged for the Complete Phone Backup service even if the Complete Phone Backup service was used, subscribed, downloaded and/or viewed by a third party using your mobile phone and/or SIM card registered to you and/or your details registered to your SIM card. If the mobile phone does not belong to you or if someone else is paying the mobile phone bill, please obtain that person's consent prior to using the same.

2. Payment
You hereby agree to promptly pay all amounts due to Maxis as reflected in your official bill statement and for all charges whatsoever for occasioned by the use of the Complete Phone Backup service irrespective of whether the such charges were authorized by you or has arisen from any other causes whatsoever.

3. Registration
Please be informed that you may be required to register your particulars to be able to subscribe, use, view and/or download the Complete Phone Backup service. You are required, for this purpose, to provide Maxis with complete and accurate information about yourself. You must update the said information if there are any changes.

4. Equipment
You will remain solely responsible to ensure that the mobile phone equipment used by you is compatible for the Complete Phone Backup service which you subscribe and use. You will continue to be liable for the cost of the subscription even if you unable to use or view the Complete Phone Backup service. If you are unsure whether your mobile phone is compatible with the Complete Phone Backup service, please consult your mobile phone handbook or call 123 for postpaid or 1300 820 120 for prepaid or visit http://www.phonebackup.maxis.com.my. Maxis will not be held responsible should you attempt to use the Complete Phone Backup service onto an incompatible phone.

Since this service has a dependency on type of mobile phone equipment used by the subscribed user, kindly please verify the list of supported phones at http://www.phonebackup.maxis.com.my before subscribing to this service. Depending on the type of mobile phone equipment used, some of the phone data or contents cannot be fully backed up due to limited capability offered by the handset itself.

5. Storage Capacity
As a subscribed user to Complete Phone Backup service, you are entitled for data storage capacity of up to 1,500 phonebook contacts, 300 SMS and 25 multimedia files of size 2Mbytes each. Maxis shall not be held responsible for any lost of mobile phone data or contents due to exceeded storage capacity quota as mentioned above.

6. Termination and Suspension
Maxis reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, terminate or suspend the Complete Phone Backup service for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion without notice to you. You agree that Maxis shall not be liable to you or to any other party for such cancellation, withdrawal, termination or suspension of the service.

You may terminate the Complete Phone Backup service at anytime.
