How to check profile
You can easily manage your profile or find out the status of your lines via Easy Access.
Profile Query
To check which lines are currently active.
Step 1
Go to Phone Menu, select EasyAccess, scroll to My Maxis and select 'MultiLineSIM'
Step 2
Select 'Profile Query'
Step 3
Wait for SMS confirmation.
Profile List
To find out phone numbers listed under Multi Line SIM.
Step 1
Go to Phone Menu, select EasyAccess, scroll to My Maxis and select 'MultiLineSIM'
Step 2
Select 'Profile List'
Step 3
Wait for SMS confirmation.
How to select profile
To choose active line (between primary or secondary).
Step 1
Go to Phone Menu, select EasyAccess, scroll to My Maxis and select 'MultiLineSIM'
Step 2
Select 'Select Profile'
Step 3
Select either 'Primary' or 'Secondary'
Step 4
Wait for SMS confirmation.
