Paying a Maxis bill is effortless with the new Express Payment Kiosks. It allows Maxis Mobile, Maxis fixed network and Maxis net customers to perform bill payments and inquiry transactions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please click here to view where Maxis Express Payment Kiosks are located.
Payment with bills

You can use the built-in scanner to scan in your account information. However, this option is not applicable for Maxis net accounts.
Payment without bills

You can use the keyboard to select your payment options.

Please have your Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready. If you do not have a PIN number, please call 123 from your Maxis mobile or 1 800 82 1123 from a fixed line or
1 300 82 1512. Alternatively, you can log on to My Customer Services.

Account Payment

You may pay your Maxis mobile, Maxis fixed network and Maxis net bills by cash, cheque or credit card via the Express Payment Kiosks.
