Anyone residing in Malaysia can make an outright purchase! You don’t need to be a Maxis customer.

You can make an outright purchase in-store, via the Maxis Online Store, or through the Maxis app. Visit your nearest Maxis store, or make your purchase online through the Maxis Online Store or app.

Yes, you can! An outright purchase is not tied to any contract.

The following details are for customers who order an Outright Purchase through the Maxis Online Store or Maxis app.
Ordering and Payment

Once your order is successful, you’ll see a confirmation screen with an Order ID. This confirmation will include your order details, delivery charges (if any), delivery address, and the items being delivered.
Additionally, ensure your email address is correct, as we will send you an email confirmation upon receiving your order.

Yes, you can track your order online. Click "Track Your Order" on the confirmation screen or in the email we sent you.

Yes, you can cancel your outright purchase by calling 123 and providing your Order ID and order delivery date within 24 hours* of placing the order.
*Cancellation requests cannot be processed after this period.

No, you can only add one item per cart. Complete the purchase before adding another item to a new order.

You can pay using credit/debit cards, online banking, and other available payment options on the platform. Please note that cash payments are not accepted for online orders.

Call us at 123 from your Maxis mobile or 1800 82 1123 from other local lines. Alternatively, visit your nearest Maxis Store with your product within 24 hours of receipt for assistance.
Shipping and Delivery

FREE home delivery is available within Malaysia and will be scheduled based on your preferred delivery dates.
Note: In-store pick-up is not available for outright purchases.

Have your Identity Card or Passport ready for verification by the delivery agent. You must be present in person to collect the package.
