  The standard warranty duration by manufacturers is 12 months.

• Is Maxis providing any additional warranty on top of the phone warranty?

  We do not provide additional warranty, however we do have a protection plan named Maxis SafeDevice, which provides coverage for your phone damages.

• Does Maxis provide phone repair service?

  At the moment we don’t provide any repair service.
