Itemized And Summarized Bill

  • An itemized bill is a type of bill which gives you the details of each call charge in your monthly bill. Thus, Itemized billing will give you a detailed listing of call charges in your monthly Statement of Account. The monthly fee for this service is RM10/line.

  • Summarized Billing will show a summary of line charges in your monthly Statement of Account. The monthly fee for this service RM5/line.

  • You may change your bill format anytime on Maxis app or Maxis Care

    Maxis app:  select your service, go to Service Details, select Value Added Services and select your preferred bill format under Bill Options.

    Maxis Care:  select your subscription, scroll down to Managed Value Added Services and select your preferred bill format under Bill Options.

  • Please subscribe to Itemized Billing which allows you view the detailed listing of call/SMS charges in your monthly Statement of Account. The subscription fee is RM10 per line; If you are on eBill, the subscription fee for itemised billing is waived; if you are still on paper bill delivery, just switch your bill subscription to eBill to enjoy free itemised billing. 

  • You will be charged RM10 per line, and it will be RM20 in total.

  • Very simple, just sign up for eBill via Maxis app or Maxis Care. You will enjoy monthly rebate for the bill statement charge.
