• What is DECT phone?

• My Home Fibre plan comes with a free digital enchanced cordless technology (DECT) phone. What is the warranty period for the DECT phone?

  The warranty period for DECT phone is 12 months.

• I am upgrading my Maxis Home Fibre, do I get a free DECT phone?

  The free DECT phone is bundled to selected plans for NEW sign up only.

• My Maxis Home Fibre doesn't come with a DECT phone. Can I purchase from Maxis?

  The VOIP is enabled and activated, you just need to get any DECT phone and plug in to use. Alternatively, you can purchase one from our Maxpert when they visit your home for installation.

• My DECT phone is faulty. Where do I send for repair?

  During the 12 months warranty period, we replace faulty DECT phone supplied by Maxis.

• If I have a Panasonic cordless phone which supports VoIP, can I use it as an extension?

  The VOIP is enabled and activated, you just need to get any DECT phone and plug in to use.
