- Registered Malaysian citizen with a valid Identification Card (NRIC)
- Registered & verified OKU card issued by JKM
- Age 18 years old and above
- Open to both new and existing customers
- One (1) NRIC is eligible for one (1) rebate
- Applicable to selected Maxis Postpaid Mobile plans

The rebate is applicable to all new and existing Maxis Postpaid customers signing up a new line, change from Hotlink Prepaid to Maxis Postpaid, port-in or change of rate plan to:
- Maxis Postpaid 69, 79, 99, 109, 139, 169, 199
- Maxis Postpaid 68, 98, 108, 128, 158, 188
- Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 69, 79, 99, 109, 139, 169, 199
- Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 68, 98, 108, 128, 158, 188
- Maxis Postpaid Share 48
- Maxis Postpaid Share 39
- Maxis Family Plan 299, 399, 499
- Maxis Family Plan Member, Maxis Family Plan Additional Member

The RM10 rebate shall be credited into your monthly bill, deducting your monthly plan commitment fee.

If you are already on a Maxis Postpaid Mobileplan, you just need to request for the rebate by presenting your original identification card and OKU card issued by JKM at any Maxis Centres.

No, for one (1) NRIC; each individual can only enjoy rebate for 1 line

You may walk-in to any Maxis Stores, presenting your original identification card and OKU card to register for this rebate.

No, this rebate is not transferable. It needs to register under an individual with registered OKU card issued by JKM.

You may return at a later day to apply for the rebate once the OKU card is obtained. The RM10 monthly rebates will be reflected on the bill after the required documents are verified

You can elect a third party representative to sign-up on your behalf at Maxis Stores. The representative will need to bring along your original NRIC and OKU card with official authorization document(s) as proof that he/she can represent you to sign-up on your behalf.

Yes, you may change to other Maxis Postpaid/ Maxis Family plans, and you will continue to enjoy the rebate if you are changing to eligible rate plan.

This rebate will be offered to you as long as you remain on any of the eligible rate plans.
