  • The offer SMS from Maxis indicates the expected activation date, and you will receive a confirmation SMS upon pass activation.

  • The order of internet quota that you will use is as follows:

  • No, it will refresh monthly upon at the beginning of every billing period if your line remains active on the eligible plans.

  • Yes, we don’t block any tethering / sharing hotspot with other devices.

  • If your service remains active within the eligible rate plan, the MI Pass will automatically be renewed for the next 24 months. This will be renewed in every 24 months if you are still active on the eligible rate-plan.

  • Should you change your plan to non-eligible rate-plan, the MI Pass will be forfeited.

  • Should you change the ownership of your service to different party, the MI Pass will be forfeited.
