  2. The selected customers will receive an offer invitation via SMS from Maxis.
     
  3. The line must be active during the mobile internet offer activation period stated in the offer invitation SMS from Maxis.
     
  4. The renewal of the free mobile Internet GB data for 24 months, will be reviewed at the end of 24 months and it will be renewed if the subscriber remains active on any of the eligible rate plans. Subscriber will be notified according on the renewal of this offer.
     
  5. There is no contract or early termination fee attached with this offer.
     
  6. We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this offer. Where reasonably practicable, we will give subscribers with this offer reasonable advance notice of such changes.

  The offer given to selected Maxis customer who receive the offer invitation via SMS will enjoy an additional GB of mobile internet pass which is valid for 24 months.
  

• When is this offer available from?

  The offer is available from 21 June 2023 for selected customers who will receive the offer invitation via SMS.
  

• Can I extend this offer to my other active service (s), or family and friends?

  No, as this is a personalised offer that is just for you and your specific mobile number. Only eligible mobile number (s) will receive the offer via SMS from Maxis.
  

• How will I receive the MI Pass?

  The offer SMS from Maxis indicates the expected activation date, and you will receive a confirmation SMS upon pass activation.
  

• Does this offer comes with a contract?

  This offer does not come with a contract.
  

• What is the order of the internet quota to be used when the MI Pass is activated on my service?

  The order of internet quota that you will use is as follows:
  MI Pass ⮕ Additional MI Pass that you purchase ⮕ Pre-allocated internet quota for your plan
  

• If the MI Pass is not fully utilised, will it be carried forward?

  No, it will refresh monthly upon at the beginning of every billing period if your line remains active on the eligible plans.
  

• Can I tether/ hotspot the MI Pass with other devices?

  Yes, we don’t block any tethering / sharing hotspot with other devices.
  

• After 24 months, what will happen to the MI Pass?

  If your service remains active within the eligible rate plan, the MI Pass will automatically be renewed for the next 24 months. This will be renewed in every 24 months if you are still active on the eligible rate-plan.
  

• What will happen to the MI Pass if I change to non-eligible rate-plan?

  Should you change your plan to non-eligible rate-plan, the MI Pass will be forfeited.
  

• What will happen to the MI Pass if I transfer the mobile number to other party (Change of Ownership)?

  Should you change the ownership of your service to different party, the MI Pass will be forfeited.
