• What is the 45 Days Saudi Premium Pass?

  This is a limited time special pass which will enables user to enjoy the unlimited data for a longer stay in Saudi Arabia especially during Hajj period.

• Can I enjoy the same pass while in transit in Singapore?

  45 Days Saudi Premium Pass is ONLY applicable in Saudi Arabia on STC. 

  If you transit in Singapore or any other countries, and there's data usage traced, 1 Day unlimited Data Pass will be auto activated for you.

• How do I activate this 45 Days Saudi Premium Pass?

  It is available in Maxis app or Maxis Care Portal.  Similar to other long validity pass, you may purchase with immediate activation and you can also schedule this pass to be activated on a later date via Maxis app.

• When I activated the pass, I saw the 45 Days Saudi Premium Pass is only for a limited period, which is until end of June 2024. What if my stay is extended to 1st July 2024, can I still use the pass?

  The pass is valid for 45 days from activation, the end date of its validity would depends on when you activate the pass.
