FAQ: Pre-order of Galaxy S25 Series

The pre-order period runs from 23 January to 13 February 2025, inclusive of both dates.

The following models of the Galaxy S25 series will be available for pre-order:
- Galaxy S25 512GB
- Galaxy S25+ 512GB
- Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB and 1TB

You may choose from the following offers:
- Maxis Zerolution (24 and 36-month contract).
- Normal Device Contract (24-month contract).

Successful pre-orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at your selected destination (In-store Pickup or Delivery). You will receive an SMS notification when your Galaxy S25 series device has arrived.

All existing Maxis Consumer customers eligible for a device contract may pre-order the Galaxy S25 series. Eligibility requirements include:
- Subscription to the latest Maxis Postpaid plans and Maxis Family plans* with a 5G-compatible SIM (Note: Share'n'Surf/MISM SIMs are not compatible with 5G. Visit our Maxis stores for assistance.)
- No outstanding or overdue bills
- No existing contract with more than 1 month remaining
- Successful completion of your port-in if you are switching from another local operator.
*Maxis Family plans subscribers to pre-order through Maxis App.

When you pre-order a device with Maxis, you can enjoy the following gifts based on the device you choose:
- Pre-order the Galaxy S25+ or Galaxy S25: Receive a FREE Galaxy Buds 3 (RRP RM599).
- Pre-order the Galaxy S25 Ultra: Receive a FREE Galaxy Tab A9 LTE (RRP RM599).
Please note that these offers are subject to stock availability and are not applicable for pre-orders made with the Maxis Family plan or Maxis Postpaid Share 48.

You will need to switch to the all-new Maxis Postpaid plans with 5G before or during the pre-order of your Galaxy S25 device.

Yes, you may submit your pre-order and opt for Maxis Zerolution for your share line on Maxis Postpaid Share 48, subject to eligibility checks and T&Cs.
Please note that the pre-order promotional offers are not applicable for pre-orders made with Maxis Postpaid Share 48.

Yes, you can sign up for a mobile device contract with your Galaxy S25 on any of our Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plans with 5G.

No, once your order has been successfully submitted, you cannot change or update your pre-order details.
