• What are the offer details?

  This offer entitles you to an additional top up of up to RM 500 when you trade in* your old iPhone and sign up for an iPhone 16 series with us. Additionally, the top up is subjected to the physical and functional condition** of your old device.

  Offer is valid until 31 December 2024 and is limited to the first 3,000 units.

  *Refer to the trade in models entitled for this offer in the table below.
  ** To be entitled for the full RM 500 top up amount, the physical condition of your device must not be any worse than a dented body and must be fully functional i.e. working WiFi, speakers, etc.

  This promotion is available at Maxis Stores nationwide.
  You may walk-in to the respective Maxis Stores of your choice to enjoy the available promotion*. You can enjoy additional top up on top of your device trade in value**

  *Promotion is subject to eligible trade-in models. To check if your phone is eligible, please refer to the list in Question 1 or walk-in to any Maxis stores to find out if you are eligible for this promotion.

  **Full trade in value will be used to offset any payments that you may be required to make in store. Any balances shall be credited to your monthly billing

• I want to trade in a Samsung S23 5G Series and purchase the new iPhone 16 Series. Am I still eligible for the additional trade in value?

  We are sorry as you must trade in eligible devices to enjoy additional trade in value. Do check with our frontliners for more information.

• Can I still trade-in devices other than eligible models as stated question 1?

  Yes, you still can trade in your devices at our stores. We accept a wide range of brands & models.

  However, models that are not entitled to this promotion shall be subjected to our standard trade in offers in store. Click HERE to know more.

• I have an iPhone 12 that cannot be turned on. Can I still trade in and be entitled to this offer?

  Yes certainly. However, you will not receive the full top up amount as it does not fulfil all of the criteria.
