Maxis Safe Device Program

  • Maxis is offering 3 months subscription for Maxis Safe Device Program on promotional basis. All Maxis subscribers who sign up Maxis Device Contracts which include Normal Device Contract and Maxis Zerolution are eligible to enjoy Maxis Safe Device Program FREE for the first 3 months of their subscription. Safe Device monthly subscription will be charged from your 4th bill onwards.

  • Your monthly subscription fee is based on the retail value of your device. Maxis Safe Device monthly subscription starts from as low as aRM6/ month.

  • Yes, you will receive monthly notifications from us via SMS on your Safe Device subscription from the inception and each renewal.

  • Yes, you may cancel your Safe Device subscription at any time within your contract period and it will not impact your current device contract with Maxis. Once your Safe Device subscription terminated, your device is no longer under protection. Once the subscription is terminated, it can’t be not reactivated.

    To terminate, your SafeDevice subscription, Maxis Self Serve; select your service with SafeDevice subscription, select Services and click on Add/Remove Services.
