Sign up with Maxis and specify that you would like to switch your mobile number to Maxis. Upon successful registration, you will be given a SIM while waiting for your mobile number to be released by your existing service provider.

Step 2: Confirm port-in request and settle outstanding bills

Reply to the confirmation SMS from your existing service provider within the specified time and make payment for your bills and usages (if applicable).

Step 3: Activate Maxis SIM upon successful number transfer
