All active and non-active/inactive Hotlink customers (regardless of tenure) are eligible to be the recipients of Ask-A-Top-Up. Do ensure that your donor is an active Hotlink customer with a tenure of more than 30 days.

In order to receive the SOS Top Up offer, you must meet the below requirements:
- Tenure 1 month and above.
- Not applicable for tablet, MVNO or broadband plans.
- Based on SOS Top Up eligibility criteria (eg. top up and repayment history etc).
