More than 900 excited fans packed into Rasta in Taman Tun Dr Ismail early morning on 14 July to attend the special viewing party of the final match between Germany and Argentina. During the event, Hotlink also hosted its own Chup Bola viewing party, hosted by Reem Shahwa and Reuben Kang, where 135 Chup Bola winners enjoyed the best seats with free F&B all night. Customers also had the opportunity to win other exclusive prizes and a custom jersey by participating in games during the event.

Hotlink’s viewing party marked the pinnacle of the month-long Hotlink Chup Bola campaign, which gave customers an opportunity to ‘chup’ (reserve) front row seats at their favourite hangout spots to support their football team, all through the Hotlink RED App. Chup Bola, which ran from 9 June until 14 July, was open to all Hotlink customers, and was held at various locations in the Central, Northern and Southern regions around the country. Over the course of the campaign, Hotlink rewarded more than 300 customers with the best seats in town at their hangout spots to watch their favourite football matches.

In addition to Chup Bola, Hotlink also gave away exclusive, signed jerseys by football greats Pele, Maradona and Lionel Messi to three customers who were the first to claim the prizes via the Hotlink RED App.
