Maxis talks disruptive technology and enterprise solutions at Malaysia Tech Week 2019

Maxis is a Tech Leader Sponsor for the next big event in the Malaysian tech sphere – the Malaysia Tech Week 2019 (MTW 2019), which will run from 17-21 June. Maxis thought leaders and experts, led by CEO Gokhan Ogut, will be delivering exciting topics on disruption in the marketplace and enterprise solutions during four speaking sessions. 

The city wide festival of industry-driven events will bring together the best of Malaysian Corporates, Ecosystem Partners, Investors, Regulators and Tech Startups along with delegations from around the world to Kuala Lumpur. YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, Minister of Communications and Multimedia, Malaysia, will be presenting the keynote address.

1. Cracking the Over-The-Top Code and Going Beyond – Gokhan Ogut is a panel speaker where he and other telco CEOs will share how Malaysian telcos are addressing the disruption of Over-The-Top (OTT) services, maintaining profitability and creating a symbiotic universe where both can co-exist.

2. Corp Innov8 by Maxis: Levers of Business Success – Senthil Balan, Head of Business Development at Maxis will be delivering a talk on scaling disruptive technologies through regulations – leveraging the "science of active engagement" for breakthrough results. On the agenda will also be a talk on big data and analytics for business growth.

3. TechXperience by Maxis – The Debate: Profit vs Growth? – Join a panel as they talk about the trend of companies today relying heavily on funding to grow, and when do they shift their focus to reaching profitability, or if they even have to.

4. Corp Innov8 by Maxis: Accelerating the Business – A panel of experts will discuss solutions to business problems for many startups. Participants will also be able to ask for advice from our panel during the session.
