Follow these steps to learn how to transfer your eSIM easily

What To Do
Go to your Maxis app and tap on eSIM Manager.
Select the mobile number that you would like to convert your physical sim to eSIM (please ensure that the requesting device is triggering the request).
Tap on Start. Ensure that you are connected to WiFi, and that you are the registered owner or that they are near to perform NRIC/passport and face verification.
Once face recognition is completed successfully, tap on Install.
Your eSIM will be successfully installed once the mobile number appears under eSIM in your sim management settings on your phone. Tap on Done to exit the page.
Go to your Maxis app and tap on eSIM Manager
From the requesting device, select the mobile number that you would like to transfer the eSIM from (please ensure that the requesting device is triggering the request).
Tap on Start. Ensure that you are connected to WiFi, and that you are the registered owner or that they are near to perform NRIC/passport and face verification. Also ensure that the email address is the same as the one for your Maxis app.
Once face recognition is completed successfully, tap on YES, CHARGE TO BILL AND PROCEED. RM10 will be charged to your bill for every eSIM transfer from one device to another.
Tap on INSTALL to proceed with the installation.
Your eSIM will be successfully installed once the mobile number appears under eSIM in your sim management settings on your phone.
