Fans of OneRepublic can now rock out with their favourite band live and in person! Hotlink, the Prepaid Brand of Maxis Berhad (Maxis), is bringing the globally acclaimed American rock band to Malaysia for their ‘Native Tour’ concert, organised by JS Concert. OneRepublic will entertain fans on 31 October 2013 at the Surf Beach at Sunway Lagoon starting from 8.30 pm. In conjunction with the concert, Hotlink customers will be entitled to discounts for tickets, as well as take part in special contests for an opportunity to win Hotlink Zone Passes worth RM298 and meet-and-greet passes.

To begin with, Hotlink customers will automatically be entitled to a 10% discount when they purchase their tickets at selected outlets. All they need to do is show the Maxis signal on their mobile phones at the ticket sales counter. Furthermore, we have some fantastic offers and the opportunity to get up close and personal with OneRepublic.”

Hotlink customers can get the 10% discount by purchasing their tickets at any Rock Corner, The Guitar Store or Victoria Music outlet. The discount offer is valid until 31 October, and tickets will be available on a first-come first-served basis, limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person. Before the discount, Hotlink Zone Passes are retailed at RM298 while general admission tickets cost RM158.

Meanwhile, Hotlink customers will also have the opportunity to win a pair of Hotlink Zone Passes to the concert. All they need to do is:
Send 1R to 22355 from their mobile phone
Wait to receive an SMS confirmation
Top up RM60 (valid until 22 October only). Selected winners will then receive a mobile voucher to redeem their passes. 
To further increase their chance of winning the zone passes, customers need to download OneRepublic Caller Ringtones Package for only RM5 by dialing *131*3*00628#, in addition to the above steps.
To stand a chance to win a pair of Hotlink Zone Passes AND exclusive meet-and-greet passes, customers would have to:

Subscribe to a Mobile Internet Monthly 1GB pass worth RM30 by dialing #100
Potential winners will then receive a call and need to correctly answer one simple trivia question about OneRepublic
Customers can also win Hotlink Zone Passes by participating in a weekly contest via Facebook, in which fans will need to submit a photo or slogan based on the particular theme for the week.
