Customers can also enjoy high speed internet at just RM1 a day or RM30 per month for 1GB of data.
“Our Free Ride campaign represents our rewards to customers beyond products and services. It is simply a token of appreciation for their continued support, and hope that this small gesture will make a meaningful difference in their lives by connecting them with their families for Gawai. Most importantly, we would like to wish all of them a safe journey back to their loved ones,” said Alexius Bong, Maxis’ Head of Sarawak Region.
Maxis has continuously provided added value to its customers in Sarawak through localised product offerings and rewards programmes. Last year, Maxis introduced #Hotlink for East Malaysia customers, the first and only prepaid plan of its kind in Malaysia that offers customers continuous free basic internet. The plan represents a new category of mobile internet usage, which eliminates the current high entry barrier since there are absolutely no pay-per-use charges.
