Maxis contingent brings joy at National Day Parade

There was no way of missing Maxis at the Merdeka Day parade this year. Our 108-strong contingent truly brought out the green theme befitting Putrajaya Sentral's lush green backdrop. The Maxis squad was flanked by large balloons featuring narratives that reflect our commitments to the country, customers and communities: support for the country’s digital agenda (Malaysia MADANI); bringing attractive value to all segments with a focus on affordability and adoption (Maxis 5G); and providing free access to digital education for students (eKelas).

Four Maxis fibre branded utility trucks ensured our jumbo-sized Maxis’ Home Fibre mascot, the lovable crowd-pleasing Dinocorn made it through the Putrajaya gauntlet to bring joy to parade audiences and folks watching and streaming at home!

In conjunction with National and Malaysia Day, Maxis released a short film, featuring Malaysian actors Aziz M. Osman and Iskandar Syahidan, which poses the question – “What would become of this great nation if generations come together, hand in hand, on the path of progress”?
