Recognising the challenges faced by the Putra Heights community due to the recent gas pipeline fire, Maxis is committed to providing immediate and comprehensive support to affected residents. Our thoughts are with the individuals and families impacted during this difficult time.
To ensure easy access to assistance, Maxis has established a dedicated toll-free number, 1800-82-8300, set up a counter at PPS Putra Heights, and designated the following retail centers for on-the-ground support: Maxis Centre Sunway Pyramid, Maxis Exclusive Partner @ Subang Parade, and Maxis Exclusive Partner @ F05 Giant Hypermarket Putra Heights.
Maxis is offering a range of support measures, including streamlined SIM card replacements with direct delivery, options for fibre service suspension and relocation, and flexible payment arrangements for fibre broadband, postpaid, and prepaid customers. Furthermore, a mobile communications vehicle (MCV) was deployed to maintain reliable network services in the affected area.
