Service Specific Terms & Conditions ("SSTC") - Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Home WiFi (Previously known as Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Home 4G WiFi)

- The Plan: Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Maxis Home WiFi – Under the Plan, you will enjoy unlimited mobile internet data on your subscribed *Maxis Postpaid plan when you successfully signed up to both Maxis Postpaid and **Maxis Home WiFi (previously known as Maxis Home 4G WiFi).
(*The applicable Maxis Postpaid plans under the Plan are (a) Maxis Postpaid 98, 108, 128, 158 and 188 (available before 15th August 2023 only); (b) Maxis Postpaid 68 (available in East Malaysia only); (c) Maxis Postpaid 79, 109, 139, 169, 199; and (d) Maxis Postpaid 69 and 99 (available in Kelantan and East Malaysia only).)
(**The applicable Maxis Home WiFi plans under the Plan are (a) Maxis Home WiFi 68, Maxis Home WiFi 138 (previously known as Maxis Home 4G WiFi 138) and Maxis Home WiFi 158 (available before 7th March 2024 only) and (b) Maxis 5G Home WiFi 69, Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 and Maxis 5G Home WiFi 139.)
- You: Person signing up for the Plan.
- If you move and/or change any of your current Service(s)’ rate plan to the Plan, you will not be able to carry forward any promotions/benefits that you are currently enjoying under your existing rate plan to the Plan.
- The Plan and use of the Service(s) under the Plan is subject to the General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-consumer/, this Service Specific Terms & Conditions (“SSTC”), Maxis Fair Usage Policy and any other applicable terms and conditions, all at www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal.
- Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the GTC.
- Any conflict or inconsistency between this SSTC, the GTC and Summary Terms and Conditions (“STC”), shall be construed in the following order of precedence: (a) SSTC; (b) GTC; and (c) STC.
- Please note that the Service(s) under the Plan are further subject to the following:
- For Maxis Postpaid 98, 128, 158, 188, 248 and 368: SSTC – Maxis Postpaid (Pre-15th August 2023) (https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/postpaid/maxis-postpaid/);
- For Maxis Postpaid 68: SSTC – Maxis Postpaid (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-68/);
- For Maxis Postpaid 79, 109, 139, 169 and 199: SSTC – Maxis Postpaid (https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/postpaid/maxis-postpaid-plan/);
- For Maxis Postpaid 69 and 99: SSTC –Maxis Postpaid 69 and 99 (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/mobile/postpaid-69-and-99/); and
- For Maxis Home WiFi: SSTC – Maxis Home WiFi (https://www.maxis.com.my/en/terms-conditions/products-services/home-internet/maxis-home-wifi/).
- We reserve the rights without liability, to revise this SSTC, the Plan and our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you reasonable advance notice of such changes and all previous versions of our user guides or leaflets will be superseded. You accept you are responsible for regularly reviewing information on the Plan and Service(s) under the Plan at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/, including changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Service(s) and/or Plan (after the Effective Date of any revision/change to the terms and conditions of Services and/or the Plan) shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such revisions/changes and you shall be bound by the same. If you do not accept such revisions/changes, you will terminate the Plan and/or the use of the Services under the Plan by giving us notice within fifteen (15) Working Days from the Effective Date failing which you are assumed to have accepted the changes.
- The Plan: Maxis Unlimited Postpaid and Maxis Home WiFi – Under the Plan, you will enjoy unlimited mobile internet data on your subscribed *Maxis Postpaid plan when you successfully signed up to both Maxis Postpaid and **Maxis Home WiFi (previously known as Maxis Home 4G WiFi).

- You are not eligible for the Plan if you have any outstanding payments with us.
- The Plan is not applicable to you if you are a commercial user and/or bulk subscriber.
- Notwithstanding the above, Maxis reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for the Plan from time to time.

- The Plan's structure and the applicable Charges are stated in the appended Appendix and/or published on our official website at https://www.maxis.com.my/family/maxis-unlimited-postpaid-home-4g-wifi/, as updated by us from time to time.
- Charges and rates displayed do not include any applicable taxes.
- You are responsible for payment of all Charges associated with the Plan.

- A deposit is chargeable to non-Malaysians subscribing to the Maxis Postpaid and Maxis Home WiFi plans, as provided in the SSTC – Maxis Postpaid (Pre-15th August 2023), SSTC – Maxis Postpaid and SSTC – Maxis Home WiFi (as applicable).
- Non-payment for any one of the Services under the Plan may result in suspension or barring of all the Services under the Plan until the outstanding amount is paid.

- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Plan (including downgrade your Maxis Postpaid plan) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Plan or the Service(s) under the Plan if your usage:
- shows excessive usage or placing unusual burdens on our Network;
- is for unlawful activities or for suspected fraudulent activities;
- is not in accordance with the Maxis Fair Usage Policy at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/general/maxis-fair-usage-policy/; or
- is for commercial/non-personal purposes.
- We reserve the rights at any time, without being liable to you or any third party, to interrupt, bar, suspend, restrict the Service(s) under the Plan (including downgrade your Maxis Postpaid plan) for such time as we see fit or terminate, discontinue or disconnect the Plan or the Service(s) under the Plan if your usage:

- For data allocated with the Plan, you acknowledge and accept:
- for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid, if the combined mobile data usage of your principal line and your shared lines exceed 1TB in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit the quality of video streaming and/or browsing speed;
- for Maxis Home WiFi plans, the mobile internet data allocation to the respective plans is specified in the Appendix;
- for Maxis Home WiFi 158, if the mobile internet data usage exceeds 500GB in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit the quality of the video streaming and/or browsing speed;
- for Maxis Home WiFi 138, if the mobile internet data usage exceeds 300GB in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit the quality of the video streaming and/or browsing speed;
- for Maxis Home WiFi 68, once your allocated mobile internet data finishes, the speed will be managed to a lower speed until your next billing cycle. To continue enjoying the Maxis Home WiFi 68 services under the Plan at regular speeds, you may purchase one-time passes (non-recurring). Such passes are available through your Maxis app accessible through your Mobile Device or Maxis Care Portal (maxis.com.my);
- for Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 or 139 plans, if the 5G mobile internet data usage exceeds 1000GB on 5G in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit your usage by reducing the speed until your next billing cycle;
- for Maxis 5G Home WiFi 69, once your allocated 5G mobile internet data finishes, the speed will be managed to a lower speed until your next billing cycle. To continue enjoying the Maxis 5G Home WiFi 69 services under the Plan at regular speeds, you may purchase one-time passes (non-recurring). Such passes are available through your Maxis app accessible through your Mobile Device or Maxis Care Portal (maxis.com.my);
- for Maxis 5G Home WiFi plans with 4G Backup, once your allocated 5G data finishes or if you are not in 5G coverage,
- You may tap into your 4G Backup data allocation, with the allocated data and speeds specified in the Appendix.
- Once your allocated 4G Backup data finishes, the speed will be managed to a lower speed until your next billing cycle. To continue enjoying the Service under the Plan at regular speeds, you may purchase one-time passes (non-recurring) through your Maxis app accessible through your Mobile Device or Maxis Care Portal (maxis.com.my).
- the mobile internet package allocated within the Plan is exclusively for domestic usage only;
- you can opt for upgrades or downgrades of your Maxis Postpaid plan at any Maxis Service Centre or Maxis Exclusive Partners (MEP) or our call 123 from mobile; and
- if you upgrade or downgrade to another Maxis Postpaid plan, your monthly commitment fee will be pro-rated against your billing cycle date.
- for Maxis Unlimited Postpaid, if the combined mobile data usage of your principal line and your shared lines exceed 1TB in a month, Maxis may at its absolute discretion limit the quality of video streaming and/or browsing speed;
- For data allocated with the Plan, you acknowledge and accept:

- The Charges and/or rates outlined in the Plan structure do not account for usages while on an overseas roaming network. For overseas roaming, the prevailing data roaming charges are available at https://www.maxis.com.my/lifestyle/roaming-idd/international-roaming/. Charges displayed do not include any applicable taxes.

- You will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the Plan after the successful activation and installation of the Service(s) for your subscribed (a) Maxis Postpaid plan; and (b) Maxis Home WiFi under the Plan. For clarity:
- if for any reason, your subscribed Maxis Postpaid plan and/or Maxis Home WiFi under the Plan fails to be activated or installed, your registration for the Plan will be deemed unsuccessful; and
- if only either of your subscribed Maxis Postpaid plan or Maxis Home WiFi plan is successfully activated or installed, then only such plan will be deemed to have been registered. However, your registration for the Plan will be deemed unsuccessful.
- Upon successful registration for the Plan, both your registered Maxis Postpaid plan and Maxis Home WiFi plan must be kept active and cannot be suspended for whatsoever reason to enable you to continue to enjoy the benefit(s) of the Plan.
- You will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the Plan after the successful activation and installation of the Service(s) for your subscribed (a) Maxis Postpaid plan; and (b) Maxis Home WiFi under the Plan. For clarity:

- Subject to our GTC and this SSTC, a principal line holder may at any time terminate the Plan as follows:
- by calling our customer care line at 1-800-82-1123 or dial 123 from your mobile;
- by walking into our Maxis Centres listed on www.maxis.com.my; or
- by writing in to customercare@maxis.com.my
- Upgrade or downgrade of the Maxis Postpaid plan under the Plan is allowed.
- Maxis shall have the right to immediately terminate the Plan if:
- you terminate either or both your Maxis Postpaid plan and/or Maxis Home WiFi plan under this Plan; or
- if you transfer your Maxis Postpaid line or Maxis Home WiFi line under the Plan to another account holder;
- after signing up to this Plan, you fail to make any payment for any Service(s) due to Maxis within 30 days of the statement due date.
- Upon termination of the Plan as per Clause 24 above, all the benefit(s) under the Plan will automatically cease to be applicable to you. For the avoidance of doubt:
- if you have signed up for the Maxis Home 4G WiFi Device Contract Offer (“Device Contract Offer”), upon the termination of the Plan or the Maxis Home WiFi plan, the Device Contract Offer will be terminated as well as per the SSTC for Maxis Home 4G WiFi Device Contract (available at https://www.maxis.com.my/terms-conditions/personal/broadband/maxis-home-4g-wifi-device-contract/and you may be liable for early termination charges, if applicable; and
- if only one of the Services under the Plan is terminated, the other remaining Services will continue as normal but without the benefit(s) of the Plan.
- For any planned interruption of Service(s) under the Plan, adequate notice will be provided via a valid mobile number and/or any other mode of communication as we may deem appropriate.
- Subject to our GTC and this SSTC, a principal line holder may at any time terminate the Plan as follows:

- Upon your subscription to the Plan, you are eligible to enter into selected device contracts with us, which are subject to the respective device contract terms and conditions including device warranty (if any). Subscription to the Plan does not affect your existing device contracts with us (if any).

- For Maxis Postpaid 68, 98, 108, 128, 158, 188, 248 and 368:
